Eduardo Simpson - Research Anaylyst
Ed Simpson joined TCH in September, 2011. Mr. Simpson conducts both quantitative and qualitative research on corporate credits by continuously monitoring and analyzing the historical trends in credit fundamentals within the sectors and issuers he covers. Additionally Mr. Simpson examines current trends and financial statistics in order to uncover attractive opportunities. Specific duties include financial statement and ratio analysis; analysis of third party research, and discussions with Wall Street analyst and rating agencies. Mr. Simpson also monitors spread relationships in the corporate bond market, comparing sectors and peer credits in order to monitor valuation levels in the market. Mr. Simpson received his BS from the University of Florida in 1993 and his MBA from Yale University in 1999. He was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2008.
