Ronald J. Salinas – Research Analyst

Ronald Salinas joined TCH in January of 2004. He is responsible for analyzing corporate credits.
His credit analysis responsibilities include gaining a detailed understanding of the industry to better evaluate relative value analysis fundamentals using quantitative and qualitative tools to support continuous monitoring and credit analysis of corporate securities.

Mr. Salinas received his B.S.B.A. from Notre Dame in January of 2004 and attended the Standard & Poor’s “Corporate Credit Analysis” training program in March of 2004.  He was a summer intern here at Taplin, Canida & Habacht from 2000 to 2003, during which time he worked on all areas of the investment process including Research & Trading.  In addition, he worked with the senior research staff on developing and enhancing Taplin, Canida & Habacht’s proprietary portfolio analytics system.  He received his MBA from the University of Miami in January 2008.

Mr. Salinas was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2010.
